Prayer focus w/c 11th Aug

I was reminded this week how important it is to let someone know you are pleased with the services they provide. One of my pet gripes is dealing with miserable sales people in shops and I recognize that often I don’t thank shop assistants/waitresses etc for the good job they do. Our family spent last week on a very large camp site and were delighted with the level of service we received and individually on various occasions told staff how pleased we were. It was clear from their response that they were more used to people moaning than saying Thank You. Spend time this week appreciating the good things that people do and thank God for all the good things he does. Pray for all service workers that their good work might be recognized by those they serve. Anne Roberts.
