Prayer focus w/c 12th Jan

Next week we are presenting Jesus as the Good Shepherd at our next Messy Church session. What is your impression/experience of Jesus as the Good Shepherd? Have you experienced him as someone who goes ahead, leading the way through what lies ahead? If not, why not lay each day before him and walk with certainty knowing he has gone before you. Have you been like the Lost Sheep wandering and experienced the joy of being found? Have you seen the caring Good Shepherd at work, the one that provides food and shelter and protection? If so, give thanks for his provision.  Pray for those taking part in this session that they may catch a glimpse of Jesus as the Good Shepherd and be drawn to seek for more. Amen.
